Hanshi De Sana Stone

Hanshi Stone is a professional martial artist who has been training for twenty-seven years. In 1991, Professor Stone was inducted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame, as Americas ‘Sensei of the Year’.  Hanshi Stone also toured for two years as a member of the Budweiser National Karate Team.

 Hanshi Stone was awarded the title of Hanshi and the rank of Hachidan, 8th degree black belt in the Japanese system of Dito Ryu AIKI-Bujutsu by Soke 10th Dan Siegfried Boedeker, President of the European Association of Daito Ryu AIKI-Bujutsu and National Director-Germany of AJJIF & IFMAOM.

 Hanshi Stone is also ranked as a 7th degree black belt (Teacher of master instructors) in the art of Sanuces Ryu Jiu-Jitsu under the tutelage of the late world renowned Grandmaster, Doctor Moses Powell. Hanshi Stone also holds a 5th degree black belt (Master Instructor) in the Urban Streetology system of Sugar Ryu Jiu-Jitsu, directed by Grandmaster Robert “Sugar” Crosson.

Hanshi Stone is also a member of the All Japan Ju Jitsu International Federation (AJJIF).

Shihan Glen Beck

Shihan Glen Beck

Shihan Glen Beck is a dedicated twenty-six year practitioner of the Martial Arts.

 He holds the rank of godan (5th degree black belt /Master Instructor) in the Shinjimasu system of Karate / Jiu-Jitsu.  He is a recognized 5th degree black belt and member of both the EUSAIMAA and the All Japan Ju Jitsu International Federation (AJJIF).

Honors of note for Shihan Beck include his induction into the 2004 Action Martial Arts Hall of Fame and his induction into the 2005 EUSAIMAA Black Belt Hall of Fame as “Master Instructor of the Year ”.

Shihan Beck also holds Black Belt rank in the following systems:

  • Yodan  (4th degree Black Belt /Master Instructor) in the art of Sanuces Ryu Jiu-Jitsu under the tutelage of the late Doctor Moses Powel. ).
  • Sandan 3rd degree black belt in the art of Stone Ryu Jiu Jitsu
  • Shodan (1st degree black belt) in the Urban Streetology system of Sugar Ryu Jiu-Jitsu.
  • 1st degree black belt in the Korean art of Tang Soo Do.

Shihan Beck was also a co-director for Knight and Day Self-Defense for four years where children and women’s courses in self-defense and rape prevention were taught.

Sensei Gales has been training in martial arts for sixteen years.   He has been awarded the title of Sensei (teacher) and the rank of Sandan (3rd degree black belt) in the art of Stone Ryu Jiu Jitsu. Sensei Stephen Gales is also a member of the All Japan Ju Jitsu International Federation (AJJIF).

Sensei Stephen Gales also holds Black Belt rank in the following systems:

  • Shodan (1st degree black belt) in the Urban Streetology system of Sugar Ryu Jiu-Jitsu.

Sensei Evan Gales

Sensei Evan Gales has been training in martial arts for nearly twenty years. He has been awarded the title of Sensei (teacher) and the rank of Nidan (2nd degree black belt) in the art of Stone Ryu Jiu Jitsu.  Sensei Evan Gales is also a member of the All Japan Jiu Jitsu International Federation (AJJIF). It should be noted that over 10 years of Sensei Gales’ martial arts training had been in Sugar Ryu Jiu Jitsu under the direction of Grandmaster Robert “Sugar” Crosson.  During that time he competed and performed with Grandmaster Crosson at many venues and won at many national tournaments across the United States.

Sensei Evan Gales also holds the rank of Black Belt in the following systems:

  • 1st degree black belt in the Korean Art of Tae Kwon Do under the direction of Grandmaster Tae Sun Kang.
